YOGA-Pre/Postnatal
Pre-Natal Yoga:
Mon & Wed: 11:00AM. TO 12:15
PM., This class is designed for pregnant women who want to prepare for
labor and delivery, maintain body strength, and find remedy for the
most common complaints, such as: backache, constipation, flatulence,
headaches, spasms in groin and leg cramps, heart burn, hemorrhoids,
nausea, and the host of other common complaints.
Post-Natal
Yoga: Tues & Thurs from 11:00a.m. to 12:15p.m.Six to eight
weeks after childbirth, mother's can continue through a "beginners"
yoga class designed specifically for these women who have
attended, maintain the bond, and support one another in their new
roles, or meet with those who are at the same place in life. Any
